Another great read from the fertile imagination of one Olivia Gaines and I am glad I had the opportunity to read this latest story. Parts of this story had me laughing out loud. ![]() In fact they behave as if they have a right to meddle in each resident of Endurance's affairs. I like how they are not ashamed to get into each other's business. There is more that he will learn later but before we disclose that, I like the people of Endurance. At the same time Julie is at her doctor's office finding out she and Abel are having a baby even though years before Abel got himself fixed (so he thought) but it turns out it reversed itself and now he is going to be a daddy again. First while trying to learn from the doctor what could possibly be wrong with his wife, Abel stumbles upon a little one he later learns is his grandchild. He kept me laughing with the stuff that came out of his mouth.Ībel and Julie Burney got two very severe shocks to their well honed life. This was such a heartwarming and inspirational story of love and a small community of friends who have each other's backs. As long as they were together, they could handle anything thrown their way. They were able to adjust their lives to the new course set for them because their love for each other was very strong. Olivia wrote this story with deep insight into how a couple, who have not been married for very long, deal with curveballs that have been thrown into their lives. If this is what the Heavenly Father intended for her, then who was she to reject HIS gift. Julie was more accepting, by her faith in God. It was harder on Abel to accept and almost had a mental break down and was comforted by a 2yr old who turned out to be more attached to him than he knew. Not only did they have to adjust to changes in their family but also adjust to changes to Ralph's family. Abel and Julie had to adjust their lives for what they had no plans for. What he did was change the course of what they both planned for their lives, turning it upside down. The Angel of death caused all kinds of havoc in Julie and Abel Burney 's life, just to see what would happen solely for his entertainment because their life forces were just too strong and he was denied a soul.
